Shipping policy

Once you place your order we want your items in your hands as quickly as possible. All of our products are produced on demand so we ask for a 5-7 business day turnaround so that we can print/embroider your products just for you! 

Flat Rate shipping usually arrives within 3-6 days depending on distance and USPS shipping volumes. 

Need your item sooner? Not a problem! Just choose one of our faster shipping options at checkout. Please note that faster shipping methods do not speed up production time, only the amount of time USPS takes to get your package to you once it ships. 

*Please note that USPS does not deliver on Sundays or major Holidays. 

*Orders returned to sender for insufficient address will be held for 30 days before items will be donated. If your order is sent back to us for insufficient address we will invoice to collect shipping to re-ship your order to the correct address. 

Live in Columbus, GA or nearby areas? Select local pickup at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready for you to pickup. 

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
